A multi-talented woman, Cassandra DePecol is a world record holder in two different categories – ‘Fastest time to visit all Sovereign Nations’ and ‘ Fastest time to visit all Sovereign Nations-Female’. Apart from being an avid traveler, Cassandra DePeacol also  documented her travels stories through her blog Expedition 196 and also filmed her entire experience of traveling through the 196 nations to create a documentary. Cassandra shuffled through a number of courses in her college days which included studying rain forests and global studies in Costa Rica and Nicargua. She briefly took up environmental studies at the Green Mountain College in Vermont before going on to study an array of subjects such as meteorology, oceanography and geology at Santa Barbara City College in California, all this while paying through her college doing jobs like babysitting and life guarding.
