The birth name of Dave Canterbury is David Michael Canterbury. He was born in September 19, 1963 in Florida, USA. Canterbury has always shown his interest in thrilling and exciting jobs, as it is evident from his first job at a reptile farm in Florida. He also worked as a fisherman and a diver there when he was young. At the young age of 18, Canterbury enlisted himself to the US Army. He served as a sergeant there for 6 years, before retiring. His passion for thrill and his survival instinct landed him a TV role in the Discovery Channel show, Dual Instincts. He starred in this reality TV series for two seasons from 210 to 2011. But his tryst with TV didn’t end there as he soon starred in the National Geographic Channel show, Dirty Rotten Survival, in 2015.
