Teutul was born on October 2, 1974 and is currently aged 42 years. He was born and brought up in Orange County and attended school in his hometown. He has three other siblings, two brothers Daniel and Michael and a sister Cristine who works as a nurse. His mothers name is Paula Teutul who is the first wife of his father.

In school he was in active involvement with the Board of Co-operative Educational Services where he took special classes on metalworking to improve his skills on the same. His father Mr. Paul Teutul Sr. owned a business in steel by the name Orange “County Ironworks” which was a railing shop. From a young age of 12 years, Teutul started working in his father’s firm on a part time basis. After graduating he started working full time and became the head of the railing department.  Teutul’s father noticed his interest in motor cycle building and started Orange County Choppers in 1999.

In 2002, Discovery Network approached the Teutuls to follow their extraordinary lives on television. They started with the show American Chopper which gained popularity within a short period of time. After being in the limelight for around 7 years, Teutul was dismissed from the show due to some disagreement. After reconciliation he rejoined but on an on and off appearances. He went on to start his own business in custom building of motorcycles and branded clothes and named it Paul Jr. Designs which was founded in 2009. He started his solo career by designing a dog park in Montgomery, New York. In 2010 he worked for a facelift for Coleman’s Roadtrip Grill in 2010. In 2016 he successfully designed two bikes for the movie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows.  He runs an online portal by the name with his office headquarters at Rock Tavern, New York.

With his solo career picking up momentum, he appeared against his father and brothers in the television reality series American Chpper: Senior vs. Junior. Tuetul got married to Rachael Biseter on August 20, 2010 and was blessed with a son on February 3, 2015 whom they named as Hudson Seven Teutul. The couple appeared in the reality show Say Yes to the Dress aired on TLC network. Teutul also appeared in Wild Dogs in 2007. His brother Daniel, his father and Teutul himself fell into a lawsuit in 2007 for fraud concerning their company.
