Molinere started his career as a wrestler and is a world champion four times for the same. He won 11 national championships and two times each of ACAWC and GNC. When he was about 27 years old, his mother taught Molinere the art of hunting down crocodiles. With his strong arm and sturdy physique, Molinere became quite an expert in the game and took to the profession by heart.

In 2010, Molinere got the golden opportunity to appear on History Channel’s reality show Swamp People. His entire family appears on the show and he and his son initially went on a single boat to hunt down the beasts. He is seen on the show as a confident, experience and skillful Cajun well aware of the dangers and risks lurking in the water.

In the present season, Molinere and his son Jay Paul ventured into the swamp waters separately due to the dearth of crocodiles to increase their chances of tagging. He took his step brother Al as his deckhand for the endeavor.

Molinere and his son were arrested for supposedly hitting the shop owner of Roland’s Mini Mart. The act occurred after a minor altercation in the store, where the father-son duo beat up the person and hit him on his head with a bottle. They were released after signing a bond. Aggressive or not, Molinere now a proud grandfather pulls off his vibrant personality through his signature look of a baseball cap and one ear ring coupled with energy and power, catching few of the biggest monsters of the swamp.
