Sanzo was born in 1987 in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. She grew up having no interest in sports or physical exercise and married early in age. When Sanzo was just 19, she was pregnant with her son and gained 25 kg during this phase. She was pregnant the second time and gained more weight. Realizing how fat and lethargic she is getting, Sanzo started running and often ran for 10 km a day. Soon she suffered from pelvic prolapse which put an end to her running. Standing at a height of 4.10 feet and weighing only 47 kg before marriage, Sanzo was immensely concerned about her sudden weight gain. Even till 29 years of age, she shuddered at the thought of exercising. Coming up with an alternative, Sanzo started lifting dumbbells at home borrowed from her husband’s fitness pack.

After separating from her husband, Sanzo was suggested to enroll into a gym and gradually while in the fitness routine, Sanzo started taking interest in exercising. It seemed to have become her obsession and she decided to enter competitions and her first show was in 2013 where she stood 2nd. This put her into strict diet and soon she realized feeling sick and weak. She stopped competing and started taking personal trainer course. She worked as a personal fitness coach five days a week and further trained in the same through online courses at night. For her eating healthy and lifting weights is good enough for her super toned and sexy body. She does not prefer to opt for cardio.



Sanzo is now a happy and one of World’s fittest moms. She shares her fitness transformation photos and talks about her journey with her fans on social networking sites where she highlights her body flaws as well. On Instagram itself, Sanzo has over 398k followers!
