Greg’s full name is Gregory John Gutfeld. He was born in San Mateo, California on 1964, in a Catholic family amidst three sisters. After passing from Junipero Serra High School, he procured his bachelor degree in English in 1987 from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1987. It is believed that in Berkeley, his political thoughts got highly influenced. He was always on the move. He started living in Pennsylvania first, then London and finally New York.

He started his career as an intern and conservative writer at a newspaper called, ‘The American Spectator’. He then went on to work for ‘Prevention’ Magazine where his writing skills got truly honed.
