Julia Vins was born in Yekaterinburg in Russia and is 20 years old. Since Childhood she was called as doll thanks to her angelic face features. The beauty was inherited in her naturally and she never had any goal or aim in life. Everywhere she was named to be a doll and Barbie. She was good in academics. He then decided to train her and started the training in the GYM with 4 to 5 hours of intense training and weight lifting session four times in a week. She changed her diet routine too consisting of 5 to 6 meals in a day. Her diet includes rice, vegetables, eggs and chicken. She does crave for junk food so she cheats her diet routine once in a week.

In the year 2014, Julia participated in World Power lifting Championship held in Moscow and came out as the winner of the competition along with 3 world records on her name – 180 kg lifted in squat, 105 kg lifted in bench press and 165 kg in deadlift. She is very famous on Instagram because of her facial beauty and arm and legs muscles.
